摘要
在放线菌斜面常规培养时间(7d)内,壮观链霉菌Lu-80-2菌株在同一支斜面上可产生两代分生孢子.不同世代分生孢子的数量和性状不同,第一代分生孢子比第二代分生孢子数量多,抗菌能力强.在不同厚度斜面培养基上形成的孢子质量不同,4~5mm厚培养基上产生的孢子数量多,抑菌圈大.Lu-80-2壮观放线菌素合成期的最适温度范围约为32~34℃.无机磷酸盐抑制壮观放线菌素合成,硝酸盐促进其合成.
Two generation of spore of Lu 80 2 strain formed on a single slant culture in 7 d was observed.G1 spore were more in quantity and higher in bacteriostatic activity than G2.The optimum temperature range for synthesis of Actinospectacin was about 32 ̄34 ℃ and different from the optimum growth temperature of Lu 80 2 strain (28 ̄32 ℃).It is shown that the synthesis of Actinospectacin was inhibited and facilitated by addition of inoganic phosphate and nitrate into fermentation media,respectively.
