霉菌在功能性内墙涂料的内部或表面生长态势

Extraction, Separation and Growth Momentum of Mold in Interior or Surface from Inorganic Functional Wall Coating

摘要 在无菌条件下,刮取长有霉菌的"硅藻泥"内墙涂料捣碎,采用稀释涂布平板法制样,在95%湿度和28℃条件下培养、观察,根据菌落形态划线分离、纯化,获得黑曲霉、黄曲霉、绿色木霉和白菌四种霉菌。结果表明:在95%湿度和28℃条件下,无机功能性内墙涂料内部或表面不适宜霉菌生长。 Under aseptic conditions, the diatom mud interior wall coating with mold was smashed and diluted. Then the above samples were prepared by dilution coating plate method. After that, it cultured and we observed them on condition of kept 95% humidity and at 28℃. What’s more, four kinds of fungi, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Trichoderma viride and Leucomycete were isolated and purified according to the colony morphology. The results showed that condition of kept 95% humidity and at 28℃ the internal or surface of the inorganic functional interior wall coating is not suitable for mold growth.
