摘要
本文结合对目前建筑墙体湿传递研究现状的分析,探讨了夏热冬暖地区墙体湿传递引发的建筑结构、室内热舒适性以及空气品质和能耗问题,并针对该地区存在的问题提出了应对策略和研究方向。
The paper fistly makes analysis on the study condition of building walls moisture transfer, then discusses the problems of building structure, indoor thermal comfort and air quality and building energy consumption in hot summer and warm winter zone, which are caused by moisture transfer of building walls. Finally, some measures and strategies are provided to solve the corresponding problems in this zone.
