摘要
马克思主义人学理论乃至其全部学说的价值旨趣在于人的全面发展。人的全面发展在高等教育中强调的是科学精神与人文精神在个人身上的统一,因此,高等教育应该将致力于"专业成才"的科学教育与致力于"精神成人"的人文教育相统一。但在现实中,高等教育的人文教育普遍式微,导致大学生的片面发展,重建人文教育在高等教育中的基础性地位刻不容缓。为此,需要高校在教育理念上注重人文精神的导向,在各项工作中营造良好的人文氛围,在人才培养方案中突出人文教育,并在具体教育过程中规范和落实人文教育要求。
The value of Marxist human theory and even the whole theory lies in all-around development of human beings. In higher education the all-around development of human beings stresses the unity of scientific spirit and human spirit of the individual. Therefore, higher education should combine scientific education and humanistic education, with the former dedicating to bringing up talents professionally and the latter spiritually. But in reality, generally vulnerable human education in universities and colleges leads to lopsided development of college students. Reconstruction of the basic position of human education in higher education should be made without delay. For this reason, universities and colleges should focus on the orientation of the humanistic spirit in the educational conceptions, create a healthy human atmosphere, stress human education in plans to train talents, standardize and ascertain concrete requirements of human education in concrete procedures.
