摘要
2016年,宁波市地铁交通1、2号线路营运状态良好;普通公交车在全省率先实施市区公交"一小时换乘优惠";租赁自行车网络已初步建成;手机公共服务平台系统功能比较齐全。但由于治理交通拥堵任务仍然繁重,城市道路伤亡事故多发,交通安全形势严峻,交通基础设施建设相对滞后,因此,急需加速建设"公交都市"。为此,提出了继续做好公共交通愿景规划工作;优化公交车线路设计,合理设计路网布局;进一步加强公交车专用道建设;大力发展有轨与无轨电车,积极推动"绿色公交";采用多种措施,限制私家车数量增加等五点加速发展宁波"公交都市"建设的建议。
2016, Ningbo, 1, No. 2 subway lines operating in good condition; the ordinary bus took the lead in the implementation of ＂one hour urban bus interchange concessions in the province; rental bicycle network has been constructed; mobile phone function of a relatively complete system of public service platform. Because the task of controlling traffic congestion is still heavy, urban road casualty accident prone, traffic safety situation is grim, traffic infrastructure construction is lagging behind, so it is urgent to speed up the construction of ＂public transit city＂. Continue to do public transportation vision work; optimization of bus line design, reasonable design of road network layout; to further strengthen the construction of bus lanes; vigorously develop the rail and trolley, actively promote the ＂green transportation＂; using a variety of measures to increase the number of private cars is five suggestions to accelerate the development of Ningbo transit city construction.
