摘要
本文通过对宁波老小区停车难问题的调查、研究、分析,发现老小区因建造年代和规模的差异,在停车资源方面差异很大,通常小区越老、停车问题越严重。此外,住户对解决停车难问题的意见多元化,难统一。根据调研结果和实践经验,借鉴国内外成败经验,提出破解停车难关键在于如何有效增加停车位、科学管理停车位和加强违停的执法管理等措施。
This paper analyses the problem of parking in the old residential quarters in Ningbo , through the investigation, it is found that the parking resources vary considerably with the building year and the scale of these quarters and the residents fail to agree on the ways to solve the problem. Therefore, based on the findings as well as the practices at home and abroad, such solutions are proposed as increasing the parking lots , managing the lots scientifically and strengthening the management on random parking, etc.
