摘要
首先通过分析宁波市现状停车系统存在的问题,论述进行差别化停车收费政策调整的必要性。结合国内相关城市停车收费管理经验,提出差异化停车收费政策优化思路,结合现状宁波交通特征,从停车收费区域划分、停车设施类型划分、停车收费时段划分等方面提出优化方案,以缓解宁波所面临的城市停车问题。
Firstly, through analysis of the present situation of Ningbo city parking problems, discusses the necessity of differentiated parking policy adjustment. Combined with the domestic city parking management experience, put forward differentiation parking policy optimization ideas, combined with the status quo of Ningbo traffic characteristics, from the parking area, parking facilities, parking types division of time and other aspects of the optimization scheme, to ease the parking problem facing Ningbo city.
