TBL教学法在临床医学专业《社会医学》教学中的应用与思考 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析临床医学生对《社会医学》采用TBL(team-based learning)教学法的评价与建议,为进一步提高社会医学的教学质量提供参考依据。方法在教学过程中,采用TBL教学法,并采用定量调查与定性研究相结合的方法,对2012级临床医学、临床中西医专业272名学生进行问卷调查,12名学生围绕TBL教学存在的问题、原因及建议进行专题小组讨论。应用SPSS19.0进行数据分析并归纳分析定性调查资料。结果调查对象对TBL教学改革持满意态度的达93.0%;认为"以小组为单位学习并汇报讨论"的学习方式有积极作用的占86.8%,专题小组讨论结果认为TBL教学中存在的主要问题为学生总体参与度不高和缺乏科学素养与能力。结论 TBL教学可以增强学生自主思考、学习及团队协作能力,在大班制《社会医学》教学中切实可行。 Objective To analyze the students’ evaluation and suggestions for TBL teaching reform in so-cial medicine which provides the reference for further improvement of the teaching quality.Methods TBL teaching reform were explored and quantitative survey and qualitative research were used for its evaluation. 272 students of clinical medicine specialty were investigated with the teaching reform questionnaire developed by the course leader.Then 12 students were interviewed at the end of the course using a structured interview schedule to explore problems,reasons and suggestions for TBL implementation.SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis.Results 93.0%of the respondents were satisfied with TBL and 86.8%of them thought that group learning and presentation had positive effect on their study.The results of the panel discussion indicated that the main problems in TBL teaching were the low level of students'participation and the lack of scientific liter-acy and ability.Conclusion The application of TBL to the social medicine curriculum for the students majo-ring in clinical medicine is practical and effective which can improve students'performance on autonomic learning,independent thinking and team collaboration.
