摘要
本文分别以柠檬酸、草酸和EDTA为络合剂采用溶胶凝胶法制备了稀土钙钛矿型锰氧化物LaMnO_3。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、拉曼光谱仪(FIIR-Raman)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对样品进行了表征。结果表明在700℃焙烧温度下均可制备出单相钙钛矿结构的LaMnO_3;以柠檬酸为络合剂制备的产物的晶粒大小及其分布比草酸和EDTA的要更均匀;升高焙烧温度或使用不同的络合剂会使钙钛矿结构从立方相转变为菱方相。
Rare earth manganese oxide LaMnO3 was prepared by sol-gel method,using citric acid,oxalic acid and EDTA as chelating agent,respectively.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),Raman spectrometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FI-IR).Results show that calcination at 700℃ can give the LaMnO3single-phase perovskite structure.The grain size and size distribution of the sample prepared by using citric acid as chelating agent are more uniform than two other samples.Increasing the calcination temperature and using different chelating agents can improve the phase transformation from cubic to rhombohedral structure.
