摘要
以二乙醇胺和乙二醛为原料,合成N,N-二羟乙基甘氨酸.利用其螯合性能,加以碱式氯化铝、氧氯化锆和丙二醇为原料,合成一种带阳离子性的新型水溶性铝锆偶联剂,并用红外光谱对其结构作出表征.将此偶联剂初步应用于造纸涂布中,结果表明效果良好.
N, N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-glyeine has been synthesized from diethanolamine and glyoxal. By making use of its chelated property , a new type water-soluble cationic Aluminum-Zirconiumcoupling agent was successfully prepared by adding alkaline aluminum chloride, zirconium oxychloride and propanediol to the as prepared N, N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)- glyeine. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum. The Aluminum-Zirconium coupling agent was proved to be good as paper coating.
