摘要 利用自制α-羟基丙烯酸及α-烯烃磺酸盐、衣康酸、丙稀酰胺、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸等在链转移剂及催化剂等的作用下合成了一种特殊的聚合物,该聚合物与其它助剂复配得到了一种无磷耐碱高效螯合分散稳定剂。并对影响聚合物性能的各种条件进行了探讨,得到了一个较佳的合成工艺。所得到的产品具有螯合能力强(特别是对Fe3+、Fe2+具有很强的螯合能力)、分散性能优异、耐碱、耐高温、易生物降解且降解产物对环境无污染、对生态无影响等特点。 An idiosyncratic oligomer was prepd by auther made a-hydroxy crylic acid,α- alkene sulfonic salt ,itaconic acid , acrylamide,crylic acid, methacrylic acid and otherwise with activator. As a part of antalkaline high efficiency chelating dispersant without phosphorus, it mixed with other aditive. And a good compositive technics was found by discussion various condition of influence idiosyncratic oligomer capability. The product had high sequesting capacity especially for Fe^3+ ,Fe^2+ , and bener decentralization capability. It could antalkaline, high temperature resistant, and havea good biological degradation property. The offspring of biological degradation did not contaminated environment, did not influence zoology.
