摘要
在高分子材料聚乙烯醇溶液体系中,以H4SiW12O40为质子酸和聚合反应的掺杂剂,用(NH4)2S2O8作为强氧化剂和引发剂,通过化学氧化聚合法合成了H4SiW12O40掺杂聚苯胺.采用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、XRD分析及扫描电镜对所合成样品进行了表征.同时,还对该样品的性能进行了研究.结果表明:该样品溶于水,聚乙烯醇质量分数越大,所合成H4SiW12O40掺杂聚苯胺的溶解性能越好,其电导率也越低.
The polyaniline doped with H4SiW12O40 is successfully obtained by chemical oxidative polymerization method in Polyvinyl alcohol solution, (NH4) 2 S2 O8 is used as oxidant, and H4 SiW12O40 is used as dopant. The polyaniline doped with H4SiW12 O40 is characterizated by UV-Vis spectra, IR spectra,XRD pattern and SEM, the results show that is the nanostructured polyaniline doped with H4 SiW12aO40. At the same time, the results show that the greater the mass fraction of Polyvinyl alcohol is,the lower the polyaniline doped with H4 SiW12 O40 conductivity is and the better the performance of its dissolution is.
