摘要
以平菇培养废料为材料,设置不同的发酵条件获得不同的堆肥,通过盆栽试验,筛选防治黄瓜根结线虫效果显著的发酵条件。结果表明,平菇培养废料与水1:1混匀,然后压紧处理在25℃以上的环境中进行厌氧发酵6个月,获得的堆肥能较好地防治根结线虫病,60d后平均防效达60%,在此基础上添加石灰氮或玉米粉均能增加婪防效。
Different fermentation conditions for different compost with material of mushroom cultivation waste were set to select optimum fermentation conditions with significant controlling effect against cucumber root-knot nematode. The results showed that methods of water and waste mushroom cultivation mixed by ratio of 1:1, pressed in an environment above 25℃ and been composting anaerobic fermentation for 6 months controlled root-knot nematode efficiently with 60% average control rate, and adding lime or corn flours could improve the controlling effect.
