摘要
通过室内试验探讨了尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)产毒条件。研究结果表明,适宜尖孢镰刀菌生长的培养液为PD培养液,但产毒量最高的为PSC培养液,适宜该菌生长的条件是20～30℃,pH为6～8,黑暗培养;在温度为25～30℃,培养15d,光照、连续振荡培养有利于病菌产毒,pH对产毒影响不大。
The experimental results showed that PD liquid medium was suitable for growth of F.oxysporum and PSC liquid medium was the best for the production of toxin. The optimum culture condition for growth of F.oxysporum was at 20～30℃, pH6～7,darkness, and toxin production of F.oxysporum was 25～30℃, 15d,light,continuous shock; and pH was no significant effect on production of toxin.
