摘要
通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度试验、断口扫描电镜观察等方法及综合分析,对超临界锅炉T91末级过热器管爆管原因进行了分析,并对超温进行了估算。结果表明:爆管是长时过热导致的,超温期间平均壁温高达约663℃,超温同TP347H管内壁局部位置少量氧化皮剥落有关。
By means of visual testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, SEM analysis etc, the tube-bursting cause of T91 finishing superheater in supercritical boiler was analyzed. The results show that the tube-bursting is due to long-time overheating, the average wall temperature is up to 663 ℃ during overheating, in connection with a little oxide skin peeling-off from the local position of TH347H tube.
