摘要
针对102钢高温过热器内壁氧化皮脱落造成堵管而引起的爆管事故,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、金相显微镜、能谱仪(EDS)对氧化皮的结构和成分进行分析,从材料和实际运行的角度,对内壁氧化皮的生成和脱落的原因及内氧化现象出现的机理进行研究分析,并提出了防止和减缓内壁氧化皮的生成和脱落的措施。
Aimed at the tube-burst accident caused by blinding off the tube because of inner pipe oxide-layer drop of 102 steel high temperature over-heater,the microstructure and composition of oxide-layer were analyzed by SEM,metallurgical microscope,EDS.From material and practical running,the reasons of the production and drop,the mechanism of inner oxidation were studied.Some methods were put forward to avoid or remit the production and drop of inner pipe oxide-layer.
