摘要
通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验和力学性能测试等方法,对1 000 MW超超临界锅炉末级过热器爆管原因进行分析。结果表明,爆管是由于长时过热导致管道力学性能劣化和微观组织老化、损伤所致。
The reason for the tube-bursting of finishing superheater of TP347H steel in 1 000 MW ultra supercritical boiler was analyzed by macroscopic check, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the tube-bursting is due to long overheating which led to microstructure aging damage and mechanics performance degradation.
