500kV智能变电站二次设备改造方案研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前,在运的智能变电站均存在部分不达标的智能二次设备,主要是合并单元和智能终端,为电网安全运行埋下了隐患,需进行设备更换及整改调试。对于有条件全站停电的变电站,其改造无异于基建调试,安全风险也较小;但对于负荷较重且难以转供的重要枢纽站,特别是500 kV变电站全停改造几乎不可能。对此,针对500 kV智能变电站不全停电方式下进行二次设备改造的方案展开研究,提出了500 kV部分按串停、220 kV部分按间隔轮停改造合并单元、智能终端等二次智能设备的调试工法和二次安全措施。 At present, some secondary intelligent devices operating in smart substation are belew the standard, mainly are merging unit and intelligent terminals, which brings hidden troubles to the safe operation of power grid. So the replacement, reforming and commissioning of these devices are necessary to be done. For those substations with power outage, the rectification is similar to the capital construction commissioning with small risks. However, for those hub substations with heavy loads and without alternates, especially 500 kV substations, the rectification during power outage is nearly impossible. The reforming scheme for secondary devices in 500 kV smart substations under the incomplete power Cut is studied, and the commissioning methods and safety measures for secondary intelligent devices are proposed, that is, the merging unit and intelligent terminals are reformed when the 500 kV part is shut off by the series and the 220 kV part is shut off by different branches alternatively.
