摘要
目前,我国加快了智能变电站的建设步伐,随着智能变电站投运数量的增加,继电保护作业方式正发生根本性变化,二次系统内工作时的安全性也越来越受到重视。从智能变电站基本结构出发,对比智能变电站数字化保护与常规微机保护结构上的区别,分析传统二次安全措施向智能变电站二次安全措施产生的变化,重点探讨智能变电站继电保护二次安全措施的具体实施方法。最后对智能变电站继电保护二次安全措施规范化提出几点建议。
At present, the pace of the construction of smart substations has been increasingly accelerated in China. Due to the quantity increasing of smart substations was put into operation, the fundamental changes have taken place in relay protection practices and the secondary-system safety at work is becoming more and more attention. Based on the basic structure of smart substation, this paper is focusing on the comparison of the structure differences between the traditional protection and digital protection in smart substations. The changes are analyzed from traditional secondary safety measures to smart substation secondary safety measures. And the detailed methods of the relay protection of smart substation secondary safety measures are discussed.Finally, several suggestions are put forward on the standardization of the secondary safety measures in smart substation relay protection system.
