摘要
在全球经济一体化及高等教育国际化的当下,我国招收的医学类留学生如雨后春笋般呈现出愈发快速增加的趋势,医学类的留学生教育已然成为不容学界忽视的教学探讨课题。医学作为一门强调经验和实践能力的学科,对教学方法提出了更高要求,而对于留学生这一特殊群体,教学方法的改革尤为迫切。我们结合多年带教经验,得出提高留学生在心内科见习质量三步论的探讨:第一步,从关怀留学生的心理诉求为切入点和谐师生教学氛围,令学生爱学;第二步,优化夯实带教老师自身素质在创新中飞跃教学质量,使老师更会教;第三步,革新适应心内科的专属带教方案。三步论的实施,显著提高了留学生在心内科的见习质量。
Under the background of the current global economic intergration and the internationalization of higher edu- cation, the trend of higher education in our country is progressing very rapidly. As a discipline emphasizing experience and practical ability, medical teaching methods has to meet high standards and even satisfy much higher requirements. As a special group, its high time to have a revolution in teaching methods for foreign students. Practical experience must be eombined with years of our teaching experience, we have to adopt three steps to improve the quality of stu- dents in the department of cardiology on an emergency basis. The first and foremost step, to pay attention to students psychological demands. For achieving this, we need to create a harmonious teacher-student teaching atmosphere and good rapport with students so that they love to learn. The second step, to promote the teacher＇s own quality in innova- tion and always leap forward for continuous self-improvement, so that the teacher can teach more. The three step is to reform the exclusive teaching program in the department of cardiology. We have succesfully implemented these above mentioned three steps as a team, and motivated students for improving the quality of probation in the department of car- diology.
