微波协同碱提法优化提取姬松茸多糖工艺 被引量:6

OPTIMIZATION OF AGARICUS BLAZEI MURILL POLYSACCHARIDES MICROWAVE-ASSISTED ALKALI EXTRACTION

摘要 探讨微波协同碱提法提取姬松茸多糖的最佳提取工艺。采用微波协同碱提法对姬松茸中多糖进行提取,探讨在微波影响下,提取时间、功率、料液比及氢氧化钠质量分数对多糖提取率的影响,以单因素试验为基础,通过响应曲面分析确定最佳提取工艺。各因素对姬松茸多糖提取率的影响由大到小依次为氢氧化钠质量分数>料液比>微波功率>微波提取时间。最佳工艺为氢氧化钠质量分数7%、微波功率640 W、提取时间25 s、料液比1∶23(g/m L),此条件下,多糖提取率为13.20%。由试验结果可知,运用微波协同碱提法可以有效快速、安全便捷地提取到姬松茸中的多糖类物质,且提取率较高。 Polysaccharides contained in Agaricus blazei murill have been reported as turnout inhibitiors. The present study was to investigate the optimal extraction condition of polysaccharides contained in Agaricus blazei murill by microwave assisted alkali extraction method. The effect of extraction time, power, material-to-liquid ratio and sodium hydroxide mass fraction on the extraction rate of polysaccharides was determined by response surface analysis. The results showed that the yield of Agaricus blazei murill polysaccharides was affected by various factors in a descending order as: sodium hydroxide mass fraction〉 material-to-liquid ratio 〉microwave power〉extraction time. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: sodium hydroxide mass fraction of 7%, material-to-liquid ratio of 1:23 g/mL, microwave power of 640 W and extraction time of 25 s, under which the extraction rate of polysaccharides was up to 13.20%. It was concluded that microwave assisted alkali extraction method was effective and fast, safe and convenient to extract polysaccharides contained in Agaricus blazei murill, which also could obtain higher extraction rate.
