摘要
真菌多糖是保健食品和药品的重要资源,因其广泛的治疗功效和毒副作用小等特点,现普遍应用于食品、药学、医学、化妆品等领域。本文阐述了真菌多糖的提取工艺,旨在为真菌多糖的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
Fungi polysaccharide is the important resource in health foods and drugs.It has been widely used in food,pharmacy, medicine,cosmetics and other fields because of its extensive treatment efficacy and less side effect.This article reviewed the extraction process of fungus polysaccharides to provide references for the intensive study and development.
