膳食纤维具有重要的营养作用和保健功能,是人体所必需的一种营养素,膳食纤维与人体健康关系密切。正确认识膳食纤维的概念、分类、食物来源及供应量,深入理解膳食纤维的理化特性和生理功能,有利于提高我国居民相关的饮食营养认识,具有积极的现实意义。
Dietary fibre is an indispensable element of nutrition for human body. It has important nutritious and healthcare functions,and, therefore, is closely linked with human health. A better and correct under standing of the problems concerning dietary fibre, such as its conception, category, food sources and food supply, physical and chemical characteristics and physiological functions, will help to enhance people's relevant knowledge about dietary nutrition and so is of active and realistic significance.
