Research progress in the separation method between amino acetic acid and ammonium chloride

摘要 综述了近年来氨基乙酸和氯化铵分离方法,介绍了传统的甲醇醇析工艺的优缺点,新的膜分离技术以及其他专利技术在氨基乙酸和氯化铵分离中的应用。氨基乙酸和氯化铵的分离一直以来都是其生产企业的技术难题。近年来,随着国家环保节能政策的强化以及能源价格的攀升,如何低成本、高收率的实现其分离,成为各个氨基乙酸生产厂家和专家学者主要研究的问题。 The separation methods between the amino acetic acid and ammonium chloride were reviewed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional methanol alcohol precipitation technology were introduced. The application of membrane separation technology and other new patented technology in separation between amino acetic acid and ammonium chloride was summarized. Separation between amino acetic acid and ammonium chloride is a difficalt technical problem for production companies. In recent years, with the strengthening of national environment protection policies and the rise of energy prices, how to realize their separation with lower the cost and higher yield become the main research problems.
