摘要
以乌洛托品为催化剂,向1 溴代环丁甲酸的异丙醇溶液中通入氨气,在回流条件下制备出1 氨基环丁甲酸。较原文献所载方法不仅合成路线比较短,而且操作也更容易,具有良好的应用前景。
1-Aminocyclobutanecarboxylic acid was prepared by reacting ammonia gas with 1-bromo-cyclobutanecarboxylic acid in presence of hexamethylenamine.The route was more convenient and practical than one previously.A novel and practical method for the synthesis of 1-aminocyclobutanecarboxylic acid was developed and showed industrial application prospect.
