简述了河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司10万t/a沸腾床加氢装置的运行情况。通过装置运行实践,总结了沸腾床加氢装置的开工与运行特点、故障处理措施,为我国沸腾床加氢技术的发展与改进提供宝贵的生产实践经验。
The operation of lOOkt/a ebullated-bed hydrogenation unit was briefly introduced in this paper. Through the device running practice, the start-up and operation characteristics of ebullated bed hydrogenation unit and its troubleshooting measures were summarized, and valuable practical experiences for the development and improvement of ebullated bed hydrogenation unit were provided.
