掺炼沸腾床加氢未转化油对焦化产品及性质影响 被引量:4

摘要 在中型延迟焦化试验装置上考察了减压渣油掺炼沸腾床加氢未转化油后,焦化产品分布及产品性质变化情况,结果表明:VR经沸腾床加氢处理后的未转化油馏分中,胶质含量大幅降低,饱和分含量明显提高,焦化原料性质有所改善;在相同的焦化试验条件下,随着未转化油掺炼比例提高,干气、液化气、汽油产率提高,柴油、重油及焦炭产率降低,产品分布有所改善。 Under normal industrial delayed coking conditions, the vacuum residue was processed in an experimental delayed coking installation by blending unconverted oil, the effect on the product state and product quality were investigated. The results show that resin content is greatly reduced, saturates content increases significantly, coking feedstock properties are improved. Under the same coking conditions, with increasing of unconverted oil blending ratio, the dry gas, liquefied gas and gasoline yields increase, the diesel oil, gas oil and coke yields reduce.
