摘要
河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司0.30Mt/a煤焦油加氢装置采用的是NUEUU劣质重油沸腾床加氢技术,该技术主要具有原料适应性强、能耗低、催化剂活性强、机械强度高、耐磨损等优点。该装置采用2台沸腾床反应器串联的加工工艺,通过在2台反应器中加入不同功能的催化剂,延长了主催化剂的在线装卸周期;通过对煤焦油、蒽油、煤焦油减压渣油、尾油等原料不同配比进料测试,产品总收率较为稳定,且能耗较低;该技术在实现油品脱硫、脱氮、脱除部分机械杂质的同时,有效降低了加工油品密度,实现了重劣质油品的洁净化、轻质化。该加氢装置的稳定运行,证明NUEUU技术的先进性,可为煤焦油的清洁高效利用提供参考。
The 0.3 Mt/a coal tar hydrogenation unit of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.adopts the NUEUU low-quality heavy oil ebullated bed hydrogenation technology.The technology was characterized by strong raw-material adaptability,low energy consumption,and high activity,strength and wear resistance of its catalyst.Two ebullated bed reactors connected in series were applied to the hydrogenation unit.The on-line loading and unloading cycles of catalysts were prolonged effectively by adding catalysts of different functions into the two reactors.Through feeding tested of coal tar,anthracene oil,coal tar vacuum residue,tail oil and other raw materials at different ratios,it was found that the total conversion could maintain a stable state,and the energy consumption keeps at a low level.And the technology achieved the cleanliness and lightness of low-quality heavy oil by effectively desulfurization,denitrogenation and removal of mechanical impurities.The stable operation of the coal tar ebullated bed hydrogenation unit fully proved the advancement of NUEUU technology,and it also provided valuable experience for the clean and efficient utilization of coal tar.
