摘要
介绍了采用西门子PLC系统和2台地磅,将河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司22个装车鹤位改造的无人值守定量装车系统。无人值守定量装车系统用计算机代替人力,消除了人工操作失误,节约了劳动力成本。展望了该无人值守定量装车系统未来的升级方向。
The unattended quantitative loading system of 22 loading crane positions in Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.was introduced,which was based on Siemens PLC system and 2 weighbridges.The unattended quantitative loading system adopted computer instead of manpower,which eliminated the error of manual operation and saved the labor cost.The future upgrading direction of the unattended quantitative loading system was prospected.
