高等教育后大众化阶段自学考试的定位与发展 被引量:1

摘要 21世纪以来,我国高等教育逐步向后大众化阶段过渡,在新的教育形势下,普通高校的教育理念、发展策略都在进行调整。作为高等教育的组成部分,自学考试面临新的问题和挑战,从教育评价的视角看,自学考试在评价标准、评价内容、评价方式、评价结果等方面存在缺陷,难以适应高等教育后大众化阶段生源结构、学习动机、升学方式等诸多变化,必须借鉴当今国内外先进的评价理念和技术,发挥自学考试命题的基础作用,以考生的发展为本,创建具有自学考试自身特色的多元评价体系,以推动自学考试转型与发展。 From the 21st century, the higher education in China has gradually moved towards the postmassification period. Under the new circumstances, the concept of education and the strategy for advancement of ordinary universities have also been modified. As part of crucial components in higher education, the Self- taught Examination faces new problems and challenges. From the education evaluation point of view, the Self-taught Examination has flaws in terms of evaluation standards, evaluation contents, evaluation methods and evaluation results, making it hard to adapt to emerging changes during the post popular stage, including structure of students, motivation of study, study methods and many other aspects. Therefore, it is quite necessary to introduce advanced evaluation concepts and techniques from domestic and international. In addition, exerting basic effects of Self- taught Examination, focusing on students' improvements and creating a unique multiple evaluation system are also significant to promote the transformation and development of Self-taught Examination.
