一流大学愿景下的大学校训文化建设探讨——基于高水平大学校训的语言学分析 被引量:10

摘要 中国高水平大学在争创世界一流过程中,必须把文化建设作为根本。大学校训是一所大学的精神表征和文化标识。文章以原"211工程"大学的校训为研究对象,运用音节形式分析、词频统计等语言学方法分析高校校训的词语构成,并从形式审美和价值内涵两个方面进行校训更定的对比分析,发现中国高水平大学的校训呈现出因应时代发展、回归古典传统、彰显办学个性的共性特点。中国大学应采用"一以贯之""与旧为新""内化外显""价值整合"等策略,以校训文化引领大学文化建设,为世界大学文化乃至人类文化做出独特的贡献。 Chinese universities at high level must take culture construction as the fundamentals in the process of striving for world top universities. University motto is a university’spirits and cultural identity. This study takes the University mottos of"211 project"universities as the research object,using linguistics analysis of syllables form analysis and word frequency statistics to analyze the word construction of university motto as well as using comparative analysis on university motto’s modification from two aspects of formal aesthetics and value connotation,to find university mottos of China’s high-level university displaying the common characteristics of echoing times development,returning to the classical tradition and embodying school-running individuality. Chinese universities should adopt strategies as "one principle runs through it all","creating the new from amending the old","essence keeps consistent with appearance"and "value integration"to make the university motto culture leading university cultural construction and making unique contributions to world university culture and human culture.
