摘要
介绍了反向翻板滤池的工艺特点,并结合某净水厂改扩建工程提出了实践应用中的设计参数。净水厂总设计规模为4×10~4m^3/d,本次改扩建对原2×10~4m^3/d部分净水处理构(建)筑物进行改造,并扩建2×10~4m^3/d净水处理构(建)筑物。针对原净水处理主体工艺的双阀滤池按旧水质标准设计(出水浊度≤3 NTU)、采用穿孔管大阻力配水系统及反冲洗方式为单水反冲洗等不足,对原双阀滤池配水系统和反冲洗方式进行改造,采用多功能滤管布水布气系统和三段式气水反冲洗方式,扩建滤池采用反向翻板滤池。
The process characteristics of reverse shutter filter were introduced, and its design pa-rameters in the practical application were put forward combined with the reconstruction and expansionproject of a water treatment plant. The total design capacity of the water treatment plant was 4 x 10^4m3/d, some original water treatment structures of 2 x10^4m3/d were reconstructed, and water treatmentstructures of 2 x10^4m3/d were expanded. According to the disadvantages of double-valve filter designedby the old water quality standards (filtered water turbidity ≤ 3 NTU), perforated tube water distributionssystem and water backwashing mode, the water distribution system and the backwashing mode were con- verted to the air and water distribution system with multifunctional filter tubes and the three-stage air-wa- ter backwashing mode respectively, and the expanded filter was the reverse shutter filter.
