舞钢市给水厂净水工艺设计及运行分析

On design and operation of water purification process in Wugang waterworks

摘要 舞钢市给水厂工程设计规模4万m3/d,原水取自田岗水库水源,水库水通过DN1200的预应力钢筋混凝土管引入到预沉池,经过取水泵房加压后通过DN800钢管输送到净水厂,净水工艺采用管道混合-网格混凝-斜管沉淀-翻板滤池的流程,出水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)。自2008年建成后运行效果良好。 The waterworks engineering scale in Wugang city is 40,000 m3/d, and the raw water comes from Tiangang reservoir, it is introduced into the pre-sedimentation tank through prestressed reinforced concrete pipe of DN1200, and then it is conveyed to water purification plants through DNS00 steel pipes after it is pressurized. The water purification process is by using pipes mixed - grid coagulation - sedimentation - flap filter processes; the water quality meets the current national " Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water" (GB5749- 2006). The waterworks runs well since it is built in 2008.
