摘要
为应对我国城市生态规划难以有效实施、传统城市规划存在"生态失效"的问题,文章以生态导向下的近期建设规划作为城市生态保护与建设的一条有效途径,而中堂镇生态保护与建设示范区规划以创建国家级生态保护与建设示范区的要求为基础,遵循近期建设规划所强调的规划可实施性、将目标直接落实到行动的理念,构建了以"目标框架—行动路径—实施保障"为主线的编制思路,为生态导向的近期建设规划作出了初步探索。
Ecological planning is diffi cult to implement at present. The paper proposes ecology oriented immediate planning as an effective way of ecological development. Zhongtang Town ecological preservation and construction model area planning is guided by national requirement, follows implementation oriented action plan concept, establishes ＂vision-path-implementation＂ framework, and studies the compilation of ecology oriented immediate planning.
