摘要
目的研究芪芩乌贝汤治疗糜烂性胃炎的近期疗效及远期复发观察结果。方法选取我院2013年6月—2014年10月消化内科收治的78例糜烂性胃炎患者,抽签随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各39例。对照组给予常规药物瑞巴派特治疗,口服,0.1 g/次,3次/d;观察组在对照组基础上加用中药配方芪芩乌贝汤治疗,口服,200ml/次,于早晚饭后温服,两组均持续治疗2个月。治疗后观察两组短期治疗效果,通过胃糜烂处黏膜病理组织检测胃黏膜保护因子前列腺素E2(PGE2)和致病因子丙二醛(MDA)的含量表达,治疗后跟踪有效随访1年,观察两组远期复发情况。结果两组治疗2个月未出现明显不良反应,但观察组治疗总显效率74.36%较对照组51.28%高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PGE2(4.74±1.32)ng/mg较对照组(3.75±1.06)ng/mg高,MDA(0.62±0.14)nmol/mg较对照组(1.02±0.26)nmol/mg低,均差异显著(P<0.05);随访1年观察组复发率为0,较对照组12.12%低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论芪芩乌贝汤能有效缓解糜烂性胃炎腹痛等症状,减轻胃黏膜损伤,具有较好的近期疗效和预防远期复发效果。
Objective To study the observation results of short-term effect and long-term recurrence of Qiqin Wubei decoction in treating erosive gastritis. Methods 78 cases of patients with erosive gastritis treated in department of gastroenterology in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were selected,and they were divided by random lot method into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment of rebamipide,oral,0. 1g / time,3times / d. The observation group was given TCM formula Qiqin Wubei decoction on the basis of the control group,oral,200 ml / time,warm-taken decoction after breakfast and supper. Two groups were given sustainable treatment for 2 weeks. After treatment,the short-term therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed,mucosal pathological tissues in gastric erosion were used to detected content expression of protective factor of gastric mucosa prostaglandin E2（ PGE2） and pathogenic factor MDA（ MDA）,the long-term recurrence of the two groups were observed after 1 year of following-up. Results There was no significant adverse reaction in the 2 groups in the treatment for 2 months,but the total effective rate of the observation group was 74. 36% which was significantly higher than51. 28% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,PGE2 in the observation group was（ 4. 74 ± 1. 32） ng / mg which was significantly higher than（ 3. 75 ± 1. 06） ng / mg of the control group,MDA was（ 0. 62 ± 0. 14） nmol/mg which was significantly lower compared with the control group（ 1. 02 ± 0. 26） nmol/mg（ all P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0. 00% which was significantly lower than 12. 12% of the control group after 1 year of followingup（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Qiqin Wubei decoction can effectively alleviate the erosive gastritis symptoms such as abdominal pain,reduce gastric mucosal injury,and has better efficacy and prevention of long-term recurrence.
