摘要
目的:探讨急性糜烂出血性胃炎患者采用复方铝酸铋颗粒治疗的临床效果及对胃肠激素、白介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1-12月龙岩市第二医院收治的急性糜烂出血性胃炎患者共计144例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=72)与对照组(n=72)。对照组采用硫糖铝片治疗,观察组采用复方铝酸铋颗粒治疗。对两组患者的临床效果、胃肠激素、炎症因子、免疫功能、VEGF水平进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(94.44%)较对照组(80.56%)明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组生长抑素(SS)均明显升高(P<0.05),胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组SS较对照组明显更高(P<0.05),观察组GAS、MTL较对照组均明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组IL-6、CRP较对照组均明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组均明显更高(P<0.05),观察组CD8^(+)较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组VEGF水平均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:复方铝酸铋颗粒应用于急性糜烂出血性胃炎患者治疗中,可以提高临床效果,改善胃肠激素,降低炎症因子水平,改善免疫功能,降低VEGF水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules in the treatment of patients with acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis and its influence on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,interleukin-6(IL-6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Method:A total of 144 patients with acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis treated in the Second Hospital of Longyan City from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=72)and control group(n=72)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Sucralfate Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors,immune function and VEGF levels of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.56%)(P<0.05);after treatment,somatostatin(SS)were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),SS was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and GAS and MTL were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased significantly(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)in the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,levels of VEGF in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the level of VEGF in the observation g
