摘要
目的:研究除湿促愈汤熏洗应用于肛瘘术后的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月龙岩市第二医院治疗的100例肛瘘术后患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)与试验组(n=50)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组给予除湿促愈汤熏洗治疗。比较两组临床效果,治疗后5、10、15 d创面愈合情况、创面愈合时间及疼痛评分。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为92.00%,对照组为74.00%,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后5、10、15 d创面渗液评分及肉芽生长评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后5、10、15 d创面深度及创面面积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前数字疼痛评分法(NRS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组治疗后NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除湿促愈汤熏洗应用于肛瘘术后可明显改善患者治疗效果,有利于术后肉芽生长及创面愈合,还可减轻患者疼痛。
Objective:To study effect of Chushi Cuyu Decoction fumigation and washing in the application after anal fistula operation.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients with anal fistula treated in Longyan Second Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given Chushi Cuyu Decoction fumigation and washing treatment.The clinical effect,wound healing condition at 5,10 and 15 days after treatment,wound healing time and pain score of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00%and that of the control group was 74.00%.The treatment total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of wound exudation and granulation growth in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 5,10 and 15 days after treatment(P<0.05).The depth and area of wound in the experimental group were less than those in the control group at 5,10 and 15 days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in numerical rating scale(NRS)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chushi Cuyu Decoction fumigation and washing after anal fistula surgery can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,it is conducive to postoperative granulation growth and wound healing,and can also reduce the pain of patients.
