摘要
目的探讨紫草膏配合中药熏洗治疗肛瘘术后创面恢复的疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2012年9月于本院进行肛瘘手术治疗的82例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(中药熏洗组)41例和观察组(紫草膏配合中药熏洗组)41例,后将两组的治疗总有效率、创面愈合时间、红肿消退时间、脓性分泌物消失时间、便血时间及术后3、5、7d疼痛评分进行比较。结果观察组中不同术式的治疗总有效率均高于对照组,创面愈合时间、红肿消退时间、脓性分泌物消失时间、便血时间均短于对照组,术后3、5、7d疼痛评分均低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论紫草膏配合中药熏洗治疗肛瘘术后创面恢复的疗效较佳,可更快地促进患者的康复及降低患者的不适。
Objective To study the effect of Zieao soft plaster combined with chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of wound healing of patients after the anal fistula operation. Methods 82 patients who were treated with anal fistula operation in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided in- to control group（ chinese herbal fumigation and washing group）41 .eases and observation group（ Zieao soft plaster combined with chinese herbal fumigation and washing group）41 cases, then the total effective rate, wound healing time, swelling subsiding time, disappearing time of purulent secretion, hematoehezia time and pain score after the operation at third, fifth and seventh day were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group with different operation types were higher than those of control group, wound healing time, swelling subsiding time, disappearing time of purulent secretion and hematoehezia time were shorter than those of control group, pain score after the operation at third, fifth and seventh day were lower than those of control group, all P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion The effect of Zieao soft pl^ter combined with chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of wound healing of patients after the anal fistula operation is better,and it can quickly promote the rehabilitation and decrease the discomfort of patients.
