摘要
目的:探讨柴芩温胆乌贝汤治疗反流性食管炎的疗效及其机制。方法:将68例反流性食管炎病例随机分为中医治疗组和西药对照组各34例,治疗组给予柴芩温胆乌贝汤,对照组给予雷贝拉唑与莫沙必利治疗,8周后比较2组疗效及2组治疗前后血浆TNF-α、NO水平的变化情况。结果:2组疗效对比显示,治疗组较对照组有统计学意义,且2组均能降低RE患者血浆TNF-α、NO水平,治疗后治疗组较对照组有统计学意义。结论:柴芩温胆乌贝汤治疗反流性食管炎有较好疗效,其机制可能与其能影响TNF-α、NO水平有关。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Chaiqin Wendan Wubei Decoction on reflux esophagitis and to discuss the mecha- nism of it. Methods:Sixty-eight patients of reflux esophagitis were randomized to two groups, 34 patients in the Chinese medicine treat- ment group were treated by Chaiqin Wendan Wubei Decoction, and 34 patients in the Western medicine control group were treated by rabeprazole and mosapride. The plasma TNF- and NO level changes were compared before and after treatment after 8 weeks. Resuh: The effective rates were significantly different between the two groups. Both groups had reduced RE plasma TNF-ct and NO levels, and there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment. Conclusion:Chaiqin Wendan Wubei Decoction is effective for treating reflux esophagitis and its mechanism seems to be related with the TNF-ct and NO levels.
