摘要
通过对英国住房政策沿革内容与成效的分析,提炼这些政策的阶段性特征,比对上海住房发展的内容与特点,对上海住房发展所处阶段做出预判,并在住房制度、住房供给体系结构与保障水平、公共住房补贴模式、社区融合和管理方面提出政策建议。
The research extracts the periodical charac- teristics of housing policy in the UK by analyzing its evolvement and development. Under the comparison study of housing policy in the UK and in Shanghai, the proposals on housing supply system and structure, the subsidy mode, community inclusion and management are put forward.
