摘要
结合目前我国轮机工程专业人才培养的发展趋势,论述基于大工程观视角下职业综合能力和职业综合素质的内涵和基本特征,以省级重点学科为依托,借鉴国内外先进经验,提出以大工程观教育理论为指导的基础实、知识广、素质高、能力强且富有创新精神的轮机应用型人才培养的新思路。通过教学课程体系、质量管理体系、创新能力培养体系和共情能力培养体系来实现大工程观应用型人才的培养。
According to the requirements of shipping enterprises for marine engineering talents, the connotation and basic characteristics were stated of the professional comprehensive ability and quality in the view of idea of large-scale engineering. Re-lying on provincial key disciplines, the domestic and foreign advanced experience was referenced to put forward the new idea of the development of the marine engineering applied talents with innovative spirit, which is based on the theory of large engineering education, and has a wide range of knowledge, high quality and ability. The application type talents can be trained by the teach-ing course system, quality management system, innovation ability training system and empathy ability training system.
