摘要
合作教育是一种将理论和实践有机结合的教育策略,是培养应用型人才的重要途径。美国作为合作教育的发源地,在管理、运行和评价等方面积累了丰富经验。我国高校学生的实习工作因制度性缺失,在管理、实习岗位与学生的匹配度、企业参与度与认同度、实习学生身份及评价主体等方面都存在一定的问题。借鉴美国合作教育保障制度的先进经验,我国高校学生实习工作应明确学生身份和薪资待遇,配备专门指导教师,建立互选式聘任制度,提高企业的认同度和参与度,建立企业参与的他评反馈机制。
Cooperative education is an education strategy combining theory and practice,which is an important way to cultivate applied talents. America,as the mother country of the cooperative education,which has gathered full experiences in the insurance system,such as management,operation,evaluation and so on. Internship is one of the effective ways linking doctrines and practices for our country 's college students. However,there are still some disadvantages existing in the implementation process of the college internship. Through the great experience of insurance system of cooperative education of the United States,the internship of our college students should clear their identities and salary treatments,assign the dedicated instructors,establish elect formula appointment systems,improve recognition and participation of enterprises and establish the feedback mecha nism of enterprises' participation.
