摘要
以不同树龄黄金桂茶树叶片为研究对象,分析不同树龄对茶树叶片氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明,茶树叶片中必需的水解氨基酸及游离氨基酸含量随着茶树树龄增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,且不同树龄间达到显著差异。水解氨基酸中有5个非必需氨基酸随着茶树树龄增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,其余5个差异不显著,而游离氨基酸中有8个氨基酸在茶树树龄为1年时最低,随后呈上升趋势,而6、9、15年茶树叶片中的8个氨基酸含量变化差异不显著。相关性分析结果表明,不同树龄茶树叶片的水解氨基酸与游离氨基酸含量呈极显著正相关。氨基酸总量分析结果表明,当茶树树龄达到9年时茶树叶片的必需、非必需水解氨基酸总量及水解氨基酸总量最高。当茶树树龄达到6年时茶树叶片的必需、非必需游离氨基酸总量及游离氨基酸总量最高。
In this paper, the different age of Huangjingui(C. sinensis cv.) tea leaves were chosen to study the effects of different ages of tea leaves in the change of amino acid content. The results showed that the tea leaves essential hydrolytic amino acids and free amino acid content showed a trend of first increased and then decreased with tea tree ages increase,and among different age reached significant difference. And non-essential amino acid analysis found that hydrolysis amino acids have five non-essential amino acids with tea tree ages increase showed a trend of increased first and then decreased.The remaining five had no significant difference,and free amino acids in eight amino acids in tea tree ages for 1 year lowest,and then present a rising trend,but 6,9 and 15 years of tea leaves in the eight amino acid content difference was not significant. Correlation analysis showed that the different ages of tea leaves in hydrolytic amino acid and free amino acid content was extremely significant positive correlation. Total amino acid analysis results showed that when the tea tree age reached 9years tea leaves essential and non-essential hydrolytic amino acids and hydrolyzed amino acids were the highest. When the tea tree age to 6 years, tea leaves of essential and non-essential free amino acids and free amino acids were the highest.
