摘要
射血分数保留的心衰过去通常称为舒张性心力衰竭,近年来国内外对它的关注及研究不断增加,但其发病机制、诊断标准和治疗措施仍存在很多争议。笔者在广泛查阅国内外文献资料的基础上,分析左室射血分数保留的心力衰竭,探讨其中西医病因病机、诊断方法、治疗方法等方面,为左室射血分数保留心力衰竭的临床治疗提供中西医参考。
Left ventricular ejection fraction retained by heart failure （HF-PEF）often referred to as the diastolic heart failure at the past,the attention to it and research at home and abroad in recent years continue to increase,but its pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment measures are still exist many disputes.On the basis of widely consult literature at home and abroad,the purpose of this pa-per is to describe the HF-PEF ,and to explore the western medicine etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,treatment methods and so on,for the left ventricular ejection fraction reserve as reference of Chinese and western medicine clinical treatment of heart failure.
