摘要 舒张性心力衰竭是临床上心衰的主要类型 ,引起因素复杂。该文就心肌细胞内在改变、细胞外基质和神经递质及内皮细胞功能的激活等方面 ,进行较系统地综述。 The dilated heart failure is a main type in clinic dueto complex factors. This paper had summarized the intracellular change of myocardial cell, extra cellular matrix, neurotransmittor and activation of endothelium.
