过二硫酸盐与碘化物反应速率和活化能测定实验的拓展研究

摘要 根据过二硫酸铵与碘化钾反应动力学研究中反应速率的测定方法,以碘化钠替代碘化钾与过二硫酸盐反应,探讨温度、浓度、催化剂对反应速率的影响,测定反应级数、速率常数及活化能.在此基础上,将该实验进行微型化研究.结果表明,微型化后的实验结果不仅与常量实验一致,而且大大节约了药品,取得了明显效果. This experiment based on the reaction kinetics of ammonium persulfate and potassium iodide for the rate determination method. The effects of temperature, concentration and catalyst on the reaction rate were investigated, and the reaction order, rate constant and activation energy were determined by the reaction of sodium iodide with persulfate, instead of potassium iodide. We also conducted microscale on the basis of the conventional method. The experimental results are consistent with the routine results. The method can enlarge the application range of the reagents, save the experimental costs and reduce the pollution to environment.
