摘要
针对化学反应速率和活化能的测定实验中普遍存在的试剂易变质、试剂用量过大进行了准微型化和微型化实验研究,其中对温度在对化学反应速率中的影响,没有必要严格按温差10℃进行,只需在10℃左右甚至更小的温差则可以进行实验,这一实验改变以往化学反应速率和活化能的测定必须在严格温差下进行的惯例,简化了操作,有效地提高了实验效率.
The micro and quasi micro methods in determination of rate and activation energy of chemical reaction to resolving the prevalence of reagent easy metamorphic and the amount of reagent problems are studied.For the temperature on the influence of chemical reaction rate,a smaller temperature gradient than 10℃ which is the original experimental parameter was used,which can reduce the difficulty of the temperature control in a certain extent and improve the experimental efficiency and the satisfactory experimental results were obtained.
