摘要 针对传统汽车锥齿轮差速器体积大、成本高、不适用于微型电动汽车使用问题,设计了一种微型电动汽车圆柱齿轮差速器,确定了差速器结构形式,根据某微型电动汽车基本参数进行设计计算,应用CATIA软件绘制了三维模型,导入到ADAMS软件中进行了直线工况及典型转弯工况下的运动学和动力学的仿真分析。结果表明,该形式差速器轴向尺寸小、加工方便且能够满足微型电动车差速性能要求,具有良好的应用前景。 Focused on the problems of traditional vehicle bevel gear differential, including its large volume, high cost that is not suitable for the mini electric vehiele, the cylindrical gear differential for a mini electric vehicle is designed to determine the structural type of differential. A aceordiug to the basic parameters of a mini electric vehicle and calculation, the three- dimensional model of the differential mechanism is built by CATIA software and imported into ADAMS software to do the motion and mechanics analysis in the working condition of straight line and turning motion. The simulation results show that the differential axial size is small, the machining process is convenient, meeting the requirement of the differential performance, whictl has a good prospect.
