摘要
为实现宽范围转速校准,应用直齿圆柱齿轮差速器转速合成作用,将输入直齿圆柱齿轮差速器的高低转速合成为宽范围高精转速输出以满足转速校准要求。对传动链单向传动误差和传动链回差进行理论分析,并最终得出直齿圆柱齿轮差速器传动链综合误差为0.36%,转速传递精度等级可达0.5级。
In order to achieve the wide-range rotational speed calibration, the velocity synthesis function of spur gear differential was used to synthesize the high and low velocities of spur gear differential into the wide-range and high-precision velocity output, so as to meet the calibration requirement of velocity. Theoretical analysis of unidirectional transmission error and backlash transmission chain error was made. Finally the transmission chain's comprehensive error of spur gear differential is obtained at 0. 36%, and the velocity transmission precision grade can be reached at 0. 5.
