摘要
针对现有直齿差速器锁紧系数较低的问题,设计了一种直齿限滑差速器,利用锥盘产生的轴向分力压紧摩擦片组来实现限滑功能。采用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,并通过ADAMS软件进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,将理论计算结果与仿真结果数据进行对比,验证了模型差速、限滑原理的正确性。
This paper designed a limited slip differential for the low locking coefficient of the existing straight tooth differential.It added a cone plat structure to achieve the axial component to compress the friction plate.With SolidWorks software for 3D and simulation analysis by ADAMS,and by com-paring the theoretical calculating result with simulation data,the reliability of limited slip differential is verified.
